Responsibilities :

  • New Client Acquisition: Experienced in onboarding new Food Service & HORECA outlets through prospecting and performing daily field visits.
  • Relationship Management: Proven track record of managing accounts to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Execution: Consistent achievement of monthly volume and revenue targets through product demonstrations, menu integration, and commercial negotiations.
  • Order & Logistics Coordination: Skilled in managing the full sales cycle, including order placement, delivery oversight, and payment collections.
  • Market Analysis: Proficient in tracking pricing, monitoring stock levels, and providing industry feedback.

Requirements :

  • Tertiary / Post Graduate Qualification in Hospitality, Management, Economics, Marketing.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Food distribution, FMCG
  • Mobility: Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport with hospitality professionals.
  • Tools: Proficient in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Zoho) and mobile sales applications.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • High energy : You're passionate and confident to speak to new people. You can independently manage your sales pipe as per business requirements.
  • The ability to adapt in a small and growing startup environment. You are a self starter.
  • Carry an ambition to grow a long term career in sales & business development
