About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, aggressive, and highly presentable Sales Professional with strong networking skills and strong brand-side contacts. The ideal candidate will drive client meetings, build relationships, and work closely with internal teams for smooth alignment and closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients across Bangalore.
  • Leverage strong brand relationships (direct over agency preferred).
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients and decision-makers.
  • Present the company's offerings confidently and persuasively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Strategy, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth alignment and timely closures.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (media, influencer, digital, or brand-facing roles preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly presentable with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong network of brand contacts in Bangalore.
  • Aggressive, target-driven, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Strong networking ability with a habit of meeting clients regularly.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and handle client alignment end-to-end.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with agencies or influencer marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
