AquaPower focuses on correcting the underlying operating conditions that gradually degrade systems—such as chemistry drift, deposit formation, corrosion, and repeated interventions—positioning itself as a technical owner of system performance rather than just a supplier of products. In addition, AquaPower operates in-house formulation and blending facilities for RO, cooling water, and boiler treatment chemicals, enabling consistent product quality, faster response to plant-specific challenges, and customized formulations aligned with actual operating conditions, metallurgy, and water quality.

Role Description

The Sales Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Surat district. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales process, identifying and converting leads, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role involves conducting product presentations, offering training to clients, and helping achieve sales targets to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Capability to conduct effective Training sessions for clients and team members
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Prior experience in the water treatment or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
