Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will handle client interactions, identify potential customers, present offerings, and close sales. Responsibilities also include managing customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement successful sales plans.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Proficient Sales skills including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Experience in Sales Management and the ability to oversee and support team performance.
- Capability in conducting Training to mentor team members and improve sales capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate or housing projects will be advantageous.
