Job Description

The Role: Inside Sales Specialist (Leads & Chat Closing)

At Shvasa, we are looking for high-octane Closers who happen to be wellness professionals. We need high-energy sales hunters who can take fresh leads, engage prospects via chat and calls, and convert first-time buyers into lifetime advocates. If you have experience in the HealthifyMe ecosystem—managing high-volume sales pipelines, handling inbound/outbound leads, and smashing aggressive monthly enrollment targets—this role is designed for you.

This is a performance-linked, target-based core sales role. You will be directly responsible for top-line revenue growth by converting prospective leads into premium subscribers.

We are looking for Inside Sales Experts who know how to build instant rapport over chat and phone, handle objections on the fly, and close the deal on the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities (Target-Driven)
  • High-Volume Outbound & Inbound Calling: Own and drive the front-end sales funnel. You must be hungry for targets and ready to dial 100+ calls every single day if needed to reach, nurture, and convert prospects.
  • Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Actively manage and convert high-intent inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects into first-time paying subscribers.
  • Omnichannel Chat & Voice Sales: Engage with prospective global users via live chat, WhatsApp, and calls. You must be adept at building value quickly, maintaining high response speeds, and closing deals in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Consultative Selling & Value Creation: Use your domain expertise to understand a prospect's health goals. You aren't just an order-taker; you are a consultative sales consultant who translates user needs into the perfect Shvasa membership package.
  • Objection Handling & Closing: Actively counter friction points regarding pricing, time zones, or commitment. You will be heavily measured on your conversion rate of trial users/leads to paid first-time buyers.
  • High-Ticket Upselling at Point of Sale: Maximize Average Order Value (AOV) during the initial purchase by pitching long-term premium contracts or our elite YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) programs to high-potential leads.
Required Candidate ProfileNote: The qualifications below are strict prerequisites. Only candidates meeting all criteria will be considered.
  • Education/Certification: Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 or higher) OR Fitness Industry Expert / Clinical Nutritionist with a strong sales background – MANDATORY.
  • Sales Drive: Hungry for targets, highly resilient, and comfortable maintaining high daily call volumes (100+ dials/day).
  • Sales Background is a MUST: Proven track record in B2C sales, new user acquisition, or inside sales roles (HealthifyMe, Cult.fit, or Ed-Tech sales experience is highly preferred).
  • Sales/Retention Experience: Proven track record in a B2C health-tech or fitness environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work an evening or night shift (between 6 PM and 8 AM IST) to support our global community (US/Europe).
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), dialers, live-chat sales software, and a data-driven approach to sales pipelines.
