ROLE DESCRIPTION

Own the full B2C sales cycle for our advisory subscription — from lead qualification to close. Leads come through our content funnel. Your job is to convert them through consultative, education-first selling.

In your first 90 days you will build the sales playbook, close the first subscriptions, establish a referral loop, and report weekly on what's working and what isn't.

This role operates under a SEBI-registered Research Analyst framework. Guaranteed return language and pressure tactics are prohibited — and are grounds for immediate termination.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 2-4 years B2C direct sales with ownership of conversion metrics
• Experience in consultative or high-ticket consumer sales — memberships, subscriptions, or education
• Strong Hindi and English communication
• Comfortable managing a pipeline without supervision

Preferred

• Background at Club Mahindra, JustDial, Country Club, or similar environments
• Familiarity with equity markets or trading terminology
• Experience building a sales script from scratch

Non-Negotiable

• No history of selling financial products through guaranteed return claims
• Zero tolerance for SEBI compliance violations
• Objection handling through problem-solving.
