Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Tradologie.com, located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales. Daily tasks include conducting market research, setting sales targets, and achieving them, providing excellent customer service, and reporting sales activities. The Inside Sales Specialist will also collaborate with other team members to improve sales strategies.

• Communication and Negotiation skills
• Time Management and Organizational skills
• Experience in import-export or bulk trade is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
