Sales / Showroom Manager – Premium Furniture & Interiors

Location: Bidrehalli, Bangalore

Industry: Premium & Luxury Furniture / Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Drive sales, revenue, and monthly targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
• Handle premium/luxury customers and provide personalized product guidance.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams for order execution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.
• Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising, and customer service standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in premium/luxury furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobes, interiors, or home décor.
• Experience in showroom/store sales and team management.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Candidates from premium/luxury brands or high-end showrooms preferred.
