Job title: Sales & Service Manager (3rd party Contractor)

Job summary:

This is a sales professioanl under Scimed (operating company under PHC Group), responsible for managing products like CO2 Incubators , Medical Regrigs & Freezers .

Location: Delhi

What you will do:

Achieve sales target for distributors in assigned territories

Initiate weekly sales meeting with existing distributors

Provide product training to existing and new distributors

Provide sales support for distributors sales activities

Tender support: Compliance sheet preparation

Provide service training to existing and new distributors

Provide service support to distributors

Take active role in new product introduction and handle large projects

End to end logistic and finance related coordination between distributors and Scimed Asia in Singapore

Collect market information from competitors and customers and report to Scimed

Provide weekly sales & marketing reporting to Scimed

What you need for success:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 5 years of sales and service experience within the healthcare/life sciences industry

Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO2 incubators is highly desirable

Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong strategic mindset, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
