Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the potential client's needs and concerns.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Handle objections, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and finalize sales deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide initial technical or general support, coordinate with internal technical/support teams to resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Gather market and customer information to identify selling possibilities, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to refine offerings.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products/services and network with potential clients.
