Sales & Service Engineer – Water & Wastewater Chemicals.Location:-Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment / Industrial Chemicals
Key Responsibilities:-- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Sambhajinagar industrial belts (Food & Beverage, Pharma, Automotive, and Textile).
- Technical Sales: Promote specialty chemicals including organic coagulants, de-coloring agents, and dewatering polymers.
- Client Management: Conduct site visits, understand client water chemistry requirements, and recommend tailored chemical solutions.
- Trials & Retention: Coordinate with the service team to conduct on-site plant trials and ensure the effectiveness of the chemical programs.
- Reporting: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical presentation to commercial negotiation and payment collection.
Candidate Requirements- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Proven track record in selling specialty chemicals or water treatment AMC/services.
- Skills: Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English; ability to explain ROI to procurement managers and plant heads.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the region.
