We are looking for a Dynamic and motivated Sales and Service Engineer to manage sales , servicing , and customer support for tablet tooling ( punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches , dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical , nutraceutical , and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conductt product presentations and technical discussions with customers .
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Support : Perform on-site installation , commissioning , troubleshooting , and repairs of machinery or products
- Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Technical Sales Support : Prepare and deliver product presentations , demonstrations , and technical proposals to clients
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Build rapport with clients , address technical queries promptly , and identify opportunities for after sales - service upgrades
- Reporting : Prepare accurate service reports , log repairs , and maintain documentation on customer accounts
- Competitor Analysis : Research and report on competitor products to help customize solutions for clients
Education : Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder preferred ( Mechanical)
Experience Required : 1-2 years
Industry Preferred : Pharmaceutical industry background would be given preference
