About the Role
Performs on-site technical and operational support to sales processes and customer projects, for an assigned organization unit.
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Responsibilities
- Completes installation, maintenance and functional audit of products and/or systems of similar nature.
- Analyzes customers technical setup in order better judge aspects of product integration.
- Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage, as part of the sales team.
- Performs the review of task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provides guidance in the phase of product test integration.
- Communicate with customers on planning for up scaling product integration.
- May support completion of service contracts (i.e. planning and estimating labor categories, rates, material costs, etc.).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics preferred)
- Experience: 4–10 years in: Rail / Automotive
- Strong technical expertise in product installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions while ensuring service quality.
