Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales/Service Engineer and Psychologist based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, field servicing of medical and scientific equipment, and regular maintenance and repair of devices at client locations. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery while fulfilling sales and technical support tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills for medical and research equipment.
• Experience in field service and technical support to assist clients effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience with medical devices or research equipment is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the region for field assignments.
