Responsibilities:
Product Sales Engineer:
- AsaProduct Sales Engineer, you will beresponsible forsales & promotion of our product line.
- Responsiblefor trainingthe customer's technical hands inday-to-dayproblem solving, fault finding and incorporating minor modifications in their systems relating to our products.
- Goodwill ambassador to the customers, solving their problems quickly and effectively and meeting the commitments of our sales teams.
- Regular collaboration withthe sales teamswithtechnical support, ensuring completion of work as per commitments, providing customer feed backs and infinalisingAMC/CMC.
- Achieving monthly goals andtargetswhileensuring the maximum profitability for the company.
- Organizing andconductingmarket awarenessseminarsandpresentationsfor our products in the market.
What to expect:
- Receive hands-on training and field exposure to developexpertisein HVAC, hydro-pneumatic, fire-fighting, and industrial systems.
- Gain opportunities to work on diverse projects and real-world applications, enabling you to build strong technical, service, and solution-driven capabilities.
- Travel to client locations as per requirements.
Working hours:
Working hours are typically Monday to Saturday, 10 am 6 pm.
Extra hours arelikely whenon field orin caseofemergency visit.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering field.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills in Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment.
- Experience in providing Field Service and performing Technical Support.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience in the HVAC or MEP industry is a plus.
