Sales & Service Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales and service teams in daily operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are keen to build a career in sales coordination and customer service.

Sales Coordination

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents

• Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and updates

• Track dispatch status and ensure timely delivery to customers

Service Coordination

• Schedule service visits and assign engineers as per requirements

• Maintain records of service requests, AMCs, and warranty details

• Follow up for timely closure of service tickets

• Collect service feedback from customers

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries via phone and email

• Coordinate between customers and internal teams for issue resolution

• Ensure a smooth post-sales and service experience for clients

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily reports of orders, service status, and pending tasks

• Update data in Excel sheets/CRM/ERP systems

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

• Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com preferred)

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)

• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and service operations
