We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales and service teams in daily operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are keen to build a career in sales coordination and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and updates
Track dispatch status and ensure timely delivery to customers
Service Coordination
Schedule service visits and assign engineers as per requirements
Maintain records of service requests, AMCs, and warranty details
Follow up for timely closure of service tickets
Collect service feedback from customers
Customer Support
Handle customer queries via phone and email
Coordinate between customers and internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure a smooth post-sales and service experience for clients
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily reports of orders, service status, and pending tasks
Update data in Excel sheets/CRM/ERP systems
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com preferred)
0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
Willingness to learn and grow in sales and service operations
Hands-on training in sales and service coordination
