Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Lead the development and execution of a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding revenue targets
- Drive proactive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion activities to build a strong sales pipeline for new and repeat businesses
- Continuously refine sales strategies and events & catering offerings based on market trends, while collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling event packages
- Develop and manage annual revenue targets, sales forecasts, and financial goals while monitoring sales performance and event profitability
- Own the process from the initial inquiry and proposal to budgeting, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up
- Design, organize and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to weddings, social & private events, themed birthdays, ticketed Club events and corporate meetings
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate event details and ensure seamless execution from planning to completion
