Key Responsibilities:

Business development: -

-Responsible for sales/revenue generation in the assigned territory

-Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Planning & Sales Tracking: -

-Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets

-Should adhere to the company's sales process.

-Review the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action.

-Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and takeappropriate corrective actions promptly in coordination with the Manager, as and when required.

-Support Manager and Management for Annual, Quarterly, and monthly business planning for the company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management.

-Planning and resetting targets when required

-Lead and initiate market development activities in the area assigned.

Customer Relations: -

-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships in the area of responsibility.

-Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer/ prospect complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collection Management: -

-Track amounts receivable from customers and drive the Consultants to collect pending outstanding.

To be a part of our sale, update the management on possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts.

Desired Profile: As a team, you should:

1. Have proven experience in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales, Pump/Compressor/Pneumatic/Industrial

Sales/ OEM Sales/B2B Sales/Direct Sales.

2. Be energetic and have travelled to all major industrial estates of [State].

3. Have objection-handling skills and be able to build a good rapport with the customers.

4. Be able to negotiate and close the deal.

Experience: 4-7 Yrs. for Sr. Sales Eng. 1-3 Yrs. or Sales Engineer

Education: BE/ME/PG Diploma - Mechanical/Plastic/CIPET
