About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist to own customer relationships after acquisition from first purchase to repeat orders, loyalty, and long-term trust.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, CRM, and customer success. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and founders to ensure customers don't just convert once, but stay, return, and advocate.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that good sales is not pressure; it's clarity, timing, and service.

Experience in F&B, food, wellness, or consumer brands will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Retention & Customer Success

  • Own post-purchase communication and customer follow-ups
  • Build and execute retention journeys across WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience from first interaction to repeat purchase
  • Handle inbound and outbound conversations with empathy and clarity

CRM & Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain and manage CRM data accurately
  • Segment customers based on behaviour, frequency, and value
  • Track repeat rate, drop-offs, and churn indicators
  • Coordinate with marketing to activate relevant retention campaigns

Sales Support & Relationship Building

  • Convert warm leads and re-engage past customers
  • Assist customers in understanding products, subscriptions, and offers
  • Upsell and cross-sell responsibly based on customer needs
  • Resolve objections and concerns without overselling

Feedback & Internal Collaboration

  • Capture customer feedback and share insights with marketing and product teams
  • Identify recurring issues, objections, or experience gaps
  • Work closely with operations to resolve delivery or service concerns
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer learnings and patterns

Requirements

  • 34 years of experience in sales, retention, CRM, or customer success roles
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM tools, WhatsApp-based sales, or support systems
  • Ability to handle customers with patience, confidence, and accountability
  • Prior exposure to F&B, Hospitality, food, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-heavy environment
  • Based in Delhi and willing to work onsite
