About the Role:

We are hiring a committed, detail-oriented intern to support our backend sales operations, focusing on lead research, data development, and prospect identification.

This role is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in sales and marketing. You will gain exposure to the end-to-end sales process, learn how to identify and target the right prospects, and build a strong foundation in using modern tools and platforms.

Through hands-on training and real project work, you will develop practical knowledge in research, data handling, and sales support skills that will help you build a strong career for the future.

This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates who are serious about learning and can commit long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads from various sources

• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find decision-makers

• Build, clean, and maintain accurate prospect databases

• Support the sales team with high-quality data for outreach

Training & Learning:

• Understanding end-to-end sales process (backend support)

• Lead finding and prospect identification techniques

• Learning and using different research platforms and tools

• Hands-on training in real-world data research and lead generation

• LinkedIn prospecting and data enrichment practices

Requirements:

• Good English communication (written and basic spoken)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for research and prospecting

• Familiarity with online tools/tech platforms is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Serious interest in building a career (no part-time, freelance, or side commitments)

Important Notes:

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad (no remote option)

• Candidates must be available for long-term commitment (6–12 months)

• Internship may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance
