About the Role

At ULMA Packaging, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to strengthen our commercial team. You will play a key role in promoting our high-end packaging solutions to the Food and Pharmaceutical industries, helping customers improve their packaging processes through innovative and reliable technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential business accounts across Food & Pharma sectors.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Promote and sell high-end packaging solutions including primary and secondary packaging equipment.
  • Conduct technical discussions with production, packaging, and procurement teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable techno-commercial solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal preparation and execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 6–8 years of experience in selling packaging machinery or high-value capital equipment.
  • Strong exposure to Food Processing and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Good understanding of packaging technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-level stakeholder discussions.
  • Techno-commercial mindset with solution-selling capability.
  • Team player with collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) preferred.
  • MBA/PG-MBA will be added advantage.
