Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Skill Kafe's products and services to prospective customers. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Reporting progress, keeping accurate records, and collaborating with the team are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and customer relationship management experience
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software tools
- Self-motivated and driven to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
