Role Overview

  • This role is primarily focused on relationship management, with a strong emphasis on building, nurturing, and sustaining long-term partnerships for IdeaHelix. The ideal candidate comes from a software sales background, is highly proactive, and excels at engaging senior stakeholders within the Salesforce and Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • You will represent IdeaHelix as a trusted advisor—someone who walks the talk, understands the ecosystem deeply, and strengthens both existing and future relationships through credibility, confidence, and consistent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus exclusively on selling to Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem (partners, ISVs, integrators).
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Drive consistent engagement through bi-weekly touchpoints and monthly strategic calls.
  • Emphasize software-led value selling, not transactional or cold-calling approaches.
  • Act as a confident brand ambassador for IdeaHelix within the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align relationship strategy with business goals.
  • Identify future-ready opportunities within the ecosystem and help expand IdeaHelix's footprint.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or ecosystem-focused relationship management.
  • Strong familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and how it operates.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Smart, strategic thinker with a high level of confidence and executive presence.
  • Not a cold caller—someone who builds influence through insight, credibility, and relationships.
  • Diligent, inclusive, and future-ready, with a strong appreciation for women leadership and diversity.
  • Comfortable working in US business hours.
