Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce new products/services.
  • Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and build relationships through effective communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities, track sales progress, and achieve set targets.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and goals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or demos to further qualify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
