Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Jaipur. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored product and service recommendations. Additional responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Prospecting
- Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in Communication and Relationship Management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience or knowledge in the fields of digital marketing or business automation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
