Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Surat. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting MoneyGuard's debt recovery services. The role includes demonstrating products and services to potential clients, generating new leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction during the onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Previous sales experience in financial services, technology, or related fields is an advantage
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
