Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Sales Representative to manage and grow client relationships within the packaging machinery sector. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable solutions from our product portfolio. Responsibilities include performing market research, proactively building customer pipelines, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Representative will handle negotiations, maintain records, and provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, presentation expertise, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of packaging machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability to travel for client visits or industry events, as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
