Job description:
We are seeking aproactive and confident Sales Representativewithexcellent Hindi communication skills. The role involvescalling potential clients, converting leads, conducting product demos, and supporting customersafter on-boarding.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers andexplain our products
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Schedule and conductonline or telephonic product demonstrations
- Managefollow-ups and maintain lead status reports
- Handlebasic customer service queriesand coordinate with internal teams
- Maintainstrong client relationshipsand support business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent communication & convincing ability
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experienceare welcome
- Must bewilling to work from our Kochi office (relocation required)
- Positive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / CRM) preferred
