Role Description

The position of Sales Representative - Delhi is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, building strong relationships with physiotherapy practitioners and clinics, and promoting PhysioPlus solutions. Daily tasks include visiting potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs and proposing relevant solutions, as well as gathering market feedback to help improve our offerings. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and expand the company's presence in the Delhi region.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B sales or healthcare sales being an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and demonstrate solutions
  • Marketing and customer relationship management experience, including ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site capacity and manage a dynamic sales environment effectively
  • Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales goals
