About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join Crawlii as Sales Representatives / Customer Relationship Executives.

This opportunity is ideal for students who want practical experience in B2B sales, SaaS, AI products, customer relationship management, and business development.

Students currently pursuing an MBA, PGDM, BBA, BBM, or other business-related programs are encouraged to apply. Applications from candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome.

Responsivities

• Identify and connect with potential business customers.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce Crawlii's AI automation platform.
• Schedule product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates.
• Help businesses understand how AI automation can improve their operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, PGDM, BBA, BBM, B.Com, or related degree.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, AI, or technology products is an advantage.
• Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation is a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-based internship.

There is no fixed salary or stipend during the internship.

You'll earn ₹10,000 for every successful client onboarding that converts into a paying customer through your efforts. There is no limit on the number of clients you can onboard, so your earnings depend on your performance.(Negosiable)

Outstanding performers may also be considered for future paid opportunities at Crawlii, subject to business requirements and performance.

Sales Pitch Assessment

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will complete a practical sales assessment.

Assignment:

• Visit https://crawlii.in and explore the platform.
• Understand Crawlii's products, features, and business value.
• Prepare a 3–5 minute sales pitch explaining how you would introduce Crawlii to a potential business client.
• Record your presentation using Loom.
• Email the Loom video link to [Confidential Information] with the subject:

We're evaluating your communication skills, confidence, product understanding, and ability to explain business value to prospective customers. This is not a coding assessment.
