Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Bihar, India. The Sales Representative will generate leads, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through customized construction chemical solutions. The responsibilities include conducting customer visits, presenting products, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective post-sales engagement.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, customer relationship development, and negotiation
- Familiarity with construction chemical products and their applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and promote products
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or the construction industry is a plus
