Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Ludhiana. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets, conducting product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing accounts, providing professional support to clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product line.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market research, sales strategies, and effective time management.
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, especially coffee, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic work situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems is advantageous.
