Our clients are typically busy professionals and executives in Singapore and Dubai who expect high-quality service and personalised support throughout their fitness journey. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Sales Executive to support our international clients, ensure they achieve the results they signed up for, and secure their continued journey with Athleaders.

Position Summary

As a Sales Executive at Athleaders, you will own a portfolio of active clients globally and serve as their dedicated Accountability Coach throughout their fitness program. Your core mission is to ensure every client achieves meaningful, measurable progress so that renewing their package is a natural next step.

You will work closely with each client's Personal Trainer and Dietitian to track progress, address challenges early, and keep clients consistently accountable to their goals. A key part of the role is identifying and resolving any gaps in client engagement or satisfaction before they become a risk to renewal.

Your primary success metric is your renewal rate. You achieve this not through hard selling, but by delivering an outstanding client experience that makes continuing with Athleaders an easy decision.

This is a post-sales, relationship-driven role focused on accountability, retention, and renewals rather than new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities -

Client Portfolio and Renewals Management

  • Own a portfolio of Athleaders clients across Singapore, Dubai, and globally
  • Hit monthly and quarterly renewal targets by maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the program
  • Proactively identify clients approaching their renewal window and guide them toward continuing their fitness journey

Accountability Coaching and Progress Tracking

  • Act as each client's accountability partner, keeping them engaged, motivated, and consistent with their program
  • Identify, measure, and monitor client progress against their fitness goals
  • Regularly review training logs, feedback, and progress indicators
  • Work closely with trainers and dietitians to ensure clients stay on track
  • Intervene early when clients lose momentum or encounter challenges

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular check-ins via chat, email, and calls
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships throughout each client's program lifecycle
  • Ensure clients feel supported, valued, and consistently moving toward their desired results

Issue Resolution

  • Address client concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution

Requirements -

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, account management, or a renewals/retention role
  • Has a track record of meeting or exceeding retention or sales targets
  • Has excellent spoken English as you will be interacting with international clients
  • Has experience handling client communication via calls and chat
  • Demonstrates strong accountability, follow-through, and relationship management skills
  • Has stable work experience (minimum 1 year per role preferred)
  • Is organised, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams

Experience in client retention, renewals, or post-sales account management is a strong advantage.

Important: This is a portfolio management and renewals role. It requires genuine relationship-building and client accountability coaching.

Work Setup -

Location: Hyderabad

Work model: Hybrid - Initially the role will be remote, transitioning to hybrid once our Hyderabad office opens in the coming months.
