The Outdoor Sales Representative: Foodservice Equipment is responsible for generating sustainable revenue growth by managing field-based sales activities across the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The role combines technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong relationship management to successfully deliver project-based kitchen equipment solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and F&B operators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to assess project requirements.
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and technical drawings to ensure full scope understanding.
- Coordinate internally with estimation, design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Promote and present commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions aligned with project specifications.
- Lead commercial negotiations in line with company pricing strategy and margin objectives.
- Close sales agreements and secure project awards.
- Monitor project execution, ensuring proper coordination until installation, commissioning, and handover stage.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment collection to ensure financial closure of the project.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
