Job Description

TESCRA India is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position focuses on selling our software product. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of TESCRA India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our software product.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience selling software products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus commission and benefits.
