Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute the company's marketing and communication strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing the company's brand, and creating content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and website.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of marketing and communications best practices. You should have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as managing a team. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills. Above all, you should have a knack for crafting and telling stories!
Responsibilities
· Drive sales of IoT-enabled tracking devices and IT solutions to institutional clients, SMEs, and transporters.
· Generate leads, build a strong business pipeline, and maintain client relationships.
· Client onboarding, follow-ups for renewals & upselling.
· Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.
· Ability to travel frequently. Mandatory without exception.
· Strict adherence to shift timings, attendance protocols, and submission of visit reports.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Requirements and skills
· Proven track record of 2–3 years in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
· Prior experience in GPS/IT solutions, IoT sales, or similar technologies will be preferred
Specific skills required:
· Fluent in regional language(s) and Hindi; functional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
· Negotiation and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
