Role Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Sales Relationship Manager. The role involves managing client relationships,
handling qualified leads, explaining project offerings, and converting prospects into
successful property transactions.
The candidate will work closely with potential homebuyers, guide them through the buying
process, and coordinate site visits and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other
channels
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential projects
• Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to prospective buyers
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions
• Maintain lead data and update CRM systems
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 0-4 year experience in residential real estate sales
• Experience working with a builder or channel partner firm preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad residential real estate market is an advantage
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives
