Essential Job Functions
- Own the sales target of mapped branches / regions of distribution partner (NBFC / Bank)
- Conduct regular ground level engagement & training sessions with Sales team of distribution partner
- Keep track of and drive sales initiatives, contests, new product launches etc.
- Create visibility, top of mind recall for, distribution partners to drive sales.
- Act as one point contact for the branches / region, taking ownership of any process/product/service issues
- This is a field sales role, without any work from home and frequent travel to distribution partners branches (local / domestic) is a must.
