Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales Relationship Manager will oversee client account relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster trust and collaboration between the company and its clients. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, providing client consultations, analyzing financial data to recommend solutions, and exceeding sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities
• Knowledge of Finance principles, with an ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in marketing or sales for industries such as banking, retail, or eCommerce is preferred
• Tamil or Malayalam mandatory
