As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to support both recruitment delivery and business development initiatives for our North American operations.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, researching markets, and supporting outbound growth initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Source healthcare and professional candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online databases
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across healthcare and professional services
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process
- Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and ATS updates
Sales & Business Development Support
- Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and the U.S.
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn and online research
- Support outbound campaigns and follow-up initiatives
- Assist with market mapping and competitive research
CRM & Operations
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal systems
- Track outreach activity, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics
- Support reporting and recruitment coordination tasks
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and internet research skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Nice to Have
- Recruitment agency or staffing experience
- Exposure to healthcare recruitment
- Experience supporting North American clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or ATS platforms
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 INR/month (based on experience)
