Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Sales Recruiter, based in Pune (Camp)

Location: Camp, Pune (In Office 6 days working)

Salary: 20-25K monthly + Incentives

Exp: 1.5 to 2 yrs

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Recruiter will source and screen candidates for Digital Marketing & Sales roles, will include sourcing, interviewing (First screening) of candidates.
• Bulk hiring experience required.
• Can achieve hiring target of atleast 12-17 candidates per month.

Responsibilities also include understanding hiring needs, collaborating with account managers, and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates to support the company's growth in sales and workforce operations.
