Key Responsibilities:

• Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates
• Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms
• Manage the recruitment cycle for UK IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UK IT Bench Sales recruitment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes
• Ability to work in the UK shift (01:30 PM IST TO 11:00 PM IST)
• Willingness to relocate, if required
• Fresher's are welcome to apply
• This is an on-site role, not remote
