Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. As a Sales Recruiter, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities include identifying and engaging qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs. Collaboration with account management teams and effective communication both internally and externally will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and strategies
- Experience in the technology or engineering sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
