Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients in the US IT staffing market
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Identify client requirements through job portals and vendor networks
- Submit consultant profiles to clients and follow up for interview schedules
- Negotiate billing rates and consultant pay rates
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants
- Track submissions, placements, and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems
- Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants for project updates
- Work in night shifts as per US time zones
