**Job Title:** Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Salary: 15k to 20k + Incentives

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and placing IT consultants on projects, ensuring a successful bench management process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Source, identify, and qualify potential IT consultants for placement on various projects.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and job portals.

- Engage in proactive bench management to minimize bench time and maximize consultant utilization.

- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and align consultant profiles accordingly.

- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and conditions with consultants to ensure competitive and mutually beneficial agreements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry (1-2 years).

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and the consulting business.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools.
