Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time position located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing candidates on the bench, developing business relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong connections with consultants. Daily responsibilities include candidate sourcing, identifying project opportunities, engaging with vendors, handling placement negotiations, and managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles. This role also includes developing talent pipelines and ensuring compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in bench sales marketing, talent sourcing, and vendor engagement.
• Expertise in candidate screening, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with IT and non-IT industries, recruitment platforms, and job portals.
• Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and work in a team-oriented setting.
• Relevant experience in US IT staffing is highly desirable.
