Job Description – Career Advisor / Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales professional for the new Gurugram office. The ideal candidate should have previous BSR experience and understand the needs and challenges of IT job seekers. Career Advisor or career-services sales experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with IT professionals and job seekers to understand career goals and requirements.

• Conduct consultations and explain relevant career services and subscription/program offerings.

• Convert qualified prospects into customers through consultative selling.

• Meet individual and team sales and revenue targets.

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous BSR/Bench Sales Recruiter experience is required.

• Experience as a Career Advisor, Career Consultant, Recruitment Sales Executive, or similar role is highly preferred.

• Basic CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.

• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.

Preferred Qualifications

• US IT staffing or recruitment experience.

• Experience selling career-related services or subscription programs.

• Demonstrated achievement of sales/revenue targets.

Key Performance Expectations

• Achievement of monthly sales/revenue targets.

• Strong lead-to-enrollment conversion.

• Consistent follow-up and CRM accuracy.

• Customer engagement and quality handoff to recruitment teams.

• Contribution to overall Gurugram office growth.
