Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focusedSales Candidateto manage walk-in clients, site visits, and deal closures at our Goa projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground sales, client interaction, and converting site opportunities into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Makeoutbound callsfor lead generation and follow-ups
  • Handle walk-in and generated leads
  • Arrange and conductsite visits & project presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking & documentation
  • Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at site

Candidate Requirements:

  • Goodcommunication & convincing skills
  • Comfortable withcalling and target-based work
  • Presentable and client-handling oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends as per site requirement
