As the Manager of Reporting and Auditing within the B2C division, your primary responsibilities include:
- Reporting directly to the Business Head, overseeing administrative tasks within the B2C Department.
- Managing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and issuing reminders as necessary.
- Offering sales coordination support to the Sales Team
- Handling B2C customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Recording, preparing, and distributing minutes of meetings.
- Providing process and product training to the Sales Team.
- Assigning queries to the Sales Team for resolution.
- Conducting sales quality checks by auditing customer chat responses, phone calls, and emails, and providing constructive feedback to the Sales Team based on the findings.
- Participating in B2C sales-related decision-making processes.
- Database maintenance, HRMS, and record-keeping for the Sales & Marketing Team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a master's degree is required.
- Preference for candidates with a background in BPO/Travel.
- Previous experience in Sales/Operations is preferred and considered a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for this role.
