Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong agriculture background who can identify, develop, and bring cold chain infrastructure projects from the Agri and allied sectors. The candidate will be responsible for generating new projects, coordinating execution, and expanding our cold storage and temperature-controlled solutions business.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections with farmers, FPOs, Agri-entrepreneurs, government departments, food processors, and exporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bring new cold storage, integrated pack house, ripening chamber, and reefer logistics projects from agriculture sector.
• Develop business from FPOs, agri-cooperatives, exporters, food processing units, and farmer groups.
• Build strong zonal-level connections with farmers and agri members to generate project tie-ups.
• Coordinate with government departments for subsidy-based projects and approvals.
• Achieve assigned project acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely completion of cold chain projects within scope and budget.
• Provide post-installation support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture
• B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering
• MBA in Agri-Business Management

Experience Required:

• 25 years experience in:
• Agri infrastructure projects
• Cold storage / Pack house / Food processing units
• Government subsidy projects

Key Skills:

• Strong field experience and network in agriculture sector.
• Strong networking & relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of government schemes & agri subsidies
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Field-oriented and target-driven
• Self-driven and capable of bringing minimum 24 projects Monthly
• Strong understanding in PHM sector (Post Harvest management)
• Well-connected in agriculture ecosystem

Salary Structure

• 3 LPA 5 LPA (Based on experience & project acquisition capability)
• Attractive performance incentives on project closure
• Travel allowances + commission on confirmed projects
